We are available by appointment only. However, if your child is sick, we will try to accommodate them on the same day.
Before Your Appointment
- Check in 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to avoid longer wait times.
- Bring your ID and insurance cards with you.
- Bring any required forms.
- If your insurance, address, or contact information has changed since your previous visit, inform our office staff to update your records.
- If you are late, you may be asked to reschedule.
- If you need to change or cancel an appointment, let us know at least 24 hours ahead of time so we can accommodate another patient who wants your time slot.
After Hours
If your child is sick outside our office hours and it is an emergency, please call 911 immediately. You may leave a message with our answering system in case it is a non-emergency. Please include your name, contact information, and a brief description of symptoms, and we will return your call.
Routine Child Visits
Regular check-ups and immunizations are essential to keep your child healthy. Please call us at our Fresno or Hanford phone number above to schedule routine check-ups for your child. We recommend that you contact us several weeks in advance, if possible, so you can choose an appointment time that suits your schedule.
